Score Distributions

18-hole course formula for each hole's rating contribution: (850/18) - (yourScore - expectedStrokes) * 41.666... / expectedStrokes >850 means if you get "perfect" copy of expected strokes values, you'll land at 850 (this is impossible as expected strokes are decimal values) >18 is the number of holes in the course >41,666... is the sum of some other multipliers which are based on approaching 1000 rating and the number of holes in the course, but the formula is exactly like this for every 18-hole course (right now) - this is the main multiplier which makes your (normal) scores be between 600-1000, and tweaking this would likely mean we also need to tweak the 850 value as they have a relationship with each other to make sure scores aren't completely unrealistic or overly punishing 9-hole course formula is a bit different, but isn't used right now anyway (each hole is worth more since it's half the holes, but has 90% base value of total expected rating, 850->765)
